The Assembly of the Department of Animal Science consists of: a) the Head of the Department, b) the Deputy Head of the Department, c) all members of the Teaching and Research Staff of the Department, d) one (1) representative from each category of members from the Special Teaching Staff and Special Technical Laboratory Staff of the Department, and e) representatives of the students corresponding to a percentage of fifteen percent (15%) of all the members of the Assembly of the Department from a) to d), with a minimum representation of one (1) student per study cycle. Student representatives vote only on issues related to the organization of study programs and student issues in general. The duties and competences of the Department Assembly are determined by article 30 of Law 4957/2022 (A’ 141).
