The Assembly of the Department of Animal Science consists of:
- the Chair of the Department,
- the Assistant to the Chair of the Department,
- all members of the Teaching and Research Staff of the Department,
- one (1) representative from each category of members from the LaboratoryTeaching Staff and Laboratory Technicians of the Department and
- representatives of the students corresponding to a percentage of fifteen percent (15%) of all the members of the Assembly of the Department from a) to d), with a minimum representation of one (1) student per study cycle. NOTE: Student representatives vote only on issues related to the organization of study programs and student issues in general.
The duties and competences of the Department Assembly are determined by article 30 of Law 4957/2022 (A’ 141). The Proceedings of the Sessions are kept in electronic form at the Secretariat of the Department in accordance with the current legislation and are available to the Members of the Assembly upon request.
