Graduate of the Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Science at the University of Athens (1985). Master’s Degree from the Postgraduate Program of the Department of Animal Production in the scientific field of “Farm Animal Reproduction” (A.U.A., 2006). He worked as a researcher at the Agricultural University of Athens and the National Agricultural Research Foundation (ETHIAGE) in Athens (1985-1995). Since 1996, he has been a member of the Special Teaching Staff (E.D.I.P.) of the Department of Animal Production Science at the Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in “Reproductive Physiology and Biotechnology”. Responsible for the Radioimmunology Laboratory (RIA) at the Laboratory of Anatomy and Physiology of Farm Animals. Member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), where he is a senior clinical embryologist certification holder.
