According to Ministerial Decision 143458/Z1 (Government G. 2011/16.9.2015) “The university students, who are permanently serving in the Armed Forces and the Security Forces, are entitled to transfer, according to the written provisions, their studies in a corresponding Faculty or University Department of the city where they serve. In case there is no corresponding Faculty or Department in this place, the above may transfer their student position to the nearest university of the city where they serve.”
Those interested can submit an application for the transfer of the study position from September 15 to October 15 of each year, at the Department Secretariat
The application must be accompanied by the following supporting documents:
- Study certificate or certificate of registration in the Department of study or registration respectively.
- Recent certificate of service changes in which the city where they serve will be indicated or a recent certificate from the relevant body
